Superintendent of District #911 Nate Rudolph was a guest speaker at the Scholardazzle event, as the Cambridge-Isanti High School connects their students with Anoka-Ramsey Community College, Cambridge Campus. He showed his gratitude for the support from the community.
Mac Plagens, a previous student and scholarship recipient, spoke for his second year at the event. He shared his story of how hard he worked to get himself to go to college and how the scholarship he received from Anoka-Ramsey Community College helped him succeed.
Judith Kissner, Cambridge Foundation Chair, brought quite the decorative cake to sell at the dessert auction. Made at Leader in Cambridge, the cake went for $375.
Anoka-Ramsey Community College President Kent Hanson also took a moment to get on stage and thank those who support the local college and how much it means to give back to the students.

A fun raffle the event calls for every year is a Craft Beverage Pull. For $20 attendees have two chances to win craft beer, wine, spirits and coffee and soda.
Cambridge Foundation Treasurer Kelby Jennissen offers a sales pitch for a homemade cake to sell in the dessert auction.
Lauren Schreder was not able to attend the event, but it was still advertised wonderfully during the dessert auction. The cake sold for $175.
Many silent auction items were available at the Scholardazzle event held on Friday, March 2 at the Braham Event Center.
Scholardazzle was the name of the fundraising event for Anoka-Ramsey Community College's Cambridge Campus.
