The polling place shall be at City Hall, 110 - 1st Avenue North, Isanti MN 55040; the polling place will open at 7:00 a.m. and close at 8:00 p.m. Those offices to be voted for in the general election shall be two council seats with a four year term. The special election shall be to fill a council seat vacancy for a term expiring January 5, 2015. There will also be a ballot question in regards to the betterment and improvements to the City's Community Center.
