Regular City Council Meeting June 17, 2013 Members Present: Mayor Marlys Palmer, Council Members Corey Bustrom, Lisa Iverson, Chris Caulk, and Howard Lewis. *Mayor Palmer called the regular meeting to order at 6:01 pm. *Agenda was approved as amended. *Consent agenda was approved as presented. *Public Hearing was held on Storm Water Management Plan. *Approved unanimously Resolution R13.040 for a Conditional Use Permit for the MNDOT truck garage and outdoor storage. *Approved Ordinance 587 unanimously rezoning the MNDOT parcel on Kennedy St N. *Approved unanimously to authorize staff to hire a commercial appraiser to appraise the MNDOT facility if needed. *Approved unanimously the purchase of equipment for the Public Works Department. *Approved unanimously Ordinance 588, Centerpoint Energy Gas Franchise. *Approved 4/0 (Bustrom abstained) the purchase of a Polaris Ranger 800 UTV for the Fire Department. *Approved unanimously the placement of a historical sign in the City of Cambridge. *Approved unanimously the attendance of the City Administrator of the Minnesota Public Employer Labor Relations Association Conference in August. *Council entered into closed session at 8:00 pm. *Council adjourned the regular meeting at 8:20 pm.
