Coffe Ambrosia and Open Eye Coffee hold Grand Opening.
If you’re looking for an authentic coffee house or freshly roasted
coffee beans, then make your way to Coffee Ambrosia in Cambridge. Two locally owned businesses, Coffee Ambrosia and Open Eye Coffee,
announce the grand opening of their combined coffee house and roasting
operations at 150 Birch Street North in the Westgate Mall of Cambridge.
The grand opening celebration will run throughout the day on Saturday, Feb. 6.
Join the festivities for free coffee tasting, roasting demonstrations,
gift card drawings and prizes. Roasting demonstrations will take place
at 11 a.m., 2 p.m., and 5 p.m.
The two businesses recently combined forces when local coffee
aficionado and entrepreneur Bob Fisk moved his Open Eye Coffee roasting
operations into the front of Coffee Ambrosia’s store.
“I am very excited that Bob decided to move Open Eye Coffee’s roasting
operations into our shop,” said Coffee Ambrosia’s owner, Amber Thoen.
“Their roasted coffee beans are excellent, and our customers love the
variety of Bob’s deliciously flavored coffees.”
As Bob explained, “Our aim is to allow the nuance in each cup to tantalize the tongue and awaken the senses.”
Coffee Ambrosia is open 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday; and 7
a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday. For more information call 763-689-7604.
