A mother and two adult daughters have been charged with multiple drug offenses following execution of a search warrant at their Cambridge home Dec. 9 that revealed methamphetamine, marijuana, and items commonly associated with illegal drug use.
All three women appeared in 10th District Court before Judge P. Hunter Anderson Dec. 11 where they were formally charged as follows:
Lorna Jo Fultz-Lind, 51, charged with felony 1st degree possession of 25 grams or more of methamphetamine; felony 5th degree possession of marijuana; felony drugs-store meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult and two petty misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Fultz-Lind is a 20-year employee of Chisago Co. Health and Human Services where she is a supervisor for adults, in-take and child care programs.
Nicole Ann Fultz, 32, charged with felony 1st degree possession of 25 grams or more of methamphetamine; felony drugs-store meth paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult and petty misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tanya Marie Fultz, 35, charged with felony 1st degree possession of 25 grams or more of methamphetamine; felony 5th degree possession of methamphetamine; felony drugs-store methamphetamine paraphernalia in the presence of a child or vulnerable adult and two petty misdemeanor charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
All three women tested positive for methamphetamine and marijuana use at the time of their arrest.
Bail for each woman was set at $30,000 without conditions or $15,000 with conditions. All three will be subject to conditional release provisions including random urinalysis. They were ordered not to have contact with one another and to cooperate with an on-going Child Protection case.
That case involves removal from the Fultz home of a toddler boy and a pre-teen boy who were present when the Dec. 9 search warrant was executed and subsequently taken into protective custody by Isanti Co. Family Services.
All three defendants are scheduled to appear next in 10th District Court Dec. 23.
