Ham Lake man gets 55 months in meth manufacturing case Print E-mail

An early morning raid on commercial property at 27875 Hwy. 65 NE just south of Isanti on December 14, 2007, netted an alleged meth lab in a fish house and last week, a 55-month prison sentence for a Ham Lake man.

Bradley Robert Bohlman, 51, pleaded guilty April 7, 2009 to multiple drug charges and on Nov. 18 was sentenced by Judge Krista Martin as follows: for felony 5th degree possession of marijuana and felony possession of drug paraphernalia, both occurring June 5, 2007, he was sentenced to one year and one day at Minnesota Correctional Facility at St. Cloud.

For felony first degree meth manufacturing occurring December 14, 2007, he was sentenced to 55 months at St. Cloud, with credit for 15 days served, and a $665 fine.

Charges dismissed were: two counts of driving after suspension, one count of felony first degree meth manufacturing, no insurance, failure to signal a turn and a probation violation.
