Cambridge State Bank employees donate to local nonprofit

To show their support for local nonprofits, Cambridge State Bank presented the Isanti County Sportsman’s Club with a donation for $210.

The club is focused on introducing individuals and especially youth to the outdoors, as well as safe use of firearms, archery equipment and supporting related community organizations. The club’s goal is to “spark an interest” in individuals and families to get outside and enjoy the great outdoors.

Throughout the year, an employee from Cambridge State Bank draws the name of a local nonprofit organization and then employees have an opportunity to wear blue jeans on Fridays when they donate. They call this “Bankers That Do, Get to Wear Blue.”

This is their way of saying thank you to the local nonprofit organizations for all that they do for the community. To date, the “bankers in blue” have donated over $1,970.
