Legion Boys State is a practical learning experience in local and state government. Its citizens will apply knowledge they have already gained from their school experience in local and state government. They will apply more knowledge provided through instructions in government areas to operate their own city, country and state governments. Through this experience they will be encouraged to participate to become a better civic minded individual and appreciate our Democratic ideas.
