Notice of Public Hearings – ISANTI COUNTY

Public Hearing

The Isanti County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the County Board Room of the Isanti County Government Center, 555 – 18th Avenue SW, Cambridge, MN 55008 to consider the following requests:

1. The request of Drusilla Enos, 42330 Dairy Avenue, Harris, MN 55032 and Freddy & Janice Reed, 30558 Polk St NE, Cambridge, MN 55008, to present a re-submittal of a preliminary plat of Bluff View Heights 3rd Addition. Legal description is Lots 2 & 3 Block 1 Bluff View Heights 2nd Addition & Out Lots A & B Bluff View Heights 2nd Addition and Lot 1 Block 2 Bluffview Heights 2nd Addition of Section 18, Township 35, Range 23 of Isanti Township.

2. The request of Ekerholm & Erickson, LLC, 3710 Pauls Lake Rd, Cambridge, MN 55008, to present a preliminary plat of London Creek 2. Legal description is , Lot 10, Block 1 London Creek of Section 9, Township 35, Range 23 of Isanti Township

3. The request of Wayne Calander & Joan M. Nelson Trustees of the Andre C. & Gertrude E. Calander Trust, 4019 311th Avenue NE, Cambridge, MN 55008, to present a preliminary plat of Maple View Ridge Plat 4. Legal description is Outlot A, B, E of Maple View Ridge Plat 3, Outlot B Maple View Ridge Plat 2, and the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 14, Township 35, Range 23, and the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 fct of Section 12, Township 35, Range 23 and the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 35, Range 23 of Isanti Township.

4. The request of Robert Manke Family Trust, 5733 331st Avenue NW, Cambridge, MN 55008, to present a re-submittal of a preliminary plat of Manke Addition. Legal description is Pt Govt Lot 1, of Section 35, Township 36, Range 25 of Wyanett Township.

5. The request of JC Homes, Inc, PO Box 232, Cambridge, MN 55008, to present a preliminary plat of Birchwood Estates Third. Legal description is Outlot A Birchwood Estates & Outlot A Birchwood Estates Second of Section 11, Township 35, Range 23 of Isanti Township.

6. The request of Beverly A Cox VanRuden and Brennan James Cox, 27868 Polk St NE, Isanti, MN 55040, for a conditional use permit to operate a retreat center for overnight private temporary lodging designed for craft hobbyists of all kinds. Legal description is Pt of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 31, Township 35, Range 23 Isanti Township

7. The request of Clark Hauger, 2323 Crest View Dr, Mora, MN 55051, for a conditional use permit for a retreat center to offer hospitality, education, and Spiritual renewal with temporary lodging. Legal description is the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 fct of Section 12, Township 36, Range 25 Wyanett Township.

8. The request of Robert Manke Family Trust, 5733 331st Avenue NW, Cambridge, MN 55008, to amend the Subdistrict from (WC) Water Oriented Commercial to (R1) Residential in a Shoreland district for the property described as Pt of Govt Lot 1 of Section 35, Township 36, Range 25, Wyanett Township.

9. Review Objective No. 11 of the Isanti County Comprehensive Plan.
