The public is encouraged to attend the Anoka-Ramsey Community College spring Open Houses from 5-7 p.m. April 5 at the Coon Rapids Campus and from 5-7 p.m. April 6 at the Cambridge Campus.
Prospective students, parents, returning students and the community are invited to learn why Anoka-Ramsey is a great place to begin or complete a college career.
At either open house, future students can explore everything that Anoka-Ramsey has to offer, such as affordable tuition, flexible options and nearly 100 programs that transfer. Programs include the Minnesota Transfer Curriculum that transfers seamlessly into many four-year institutions.
Attendees can also tour the campus, meet with admissions and financial aid representatives, preview the degree and program options with faculty members and visit with different student and campus activity groups.
The college has 25 departments and numerous programs: Anthropology, Art, Biology, BMED, Business, Chemistry, Communication Studies, Computer and Information Sciences, Computer Networking, Economics, Engineering, English, Geography, Math, Music, Natural Science, Nursing, Philosophy and Humanities, Physical Therapist Assistant, Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Theatre, Wellness and World Languages.
Everyone is welcome to attend this free event; no prior reservations are required. For more information about the Open House or Anoka-Ramsey Community College, visit AnokaRamsey.edu.
