Thursday, May 22: All are invited to the Cambridge State Hospital Cemetery Ceremony from 4:30-6 p.m., rain or shine. The clean-up and ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. (Main St. South, right on 18th Ave. SE, left on Scidmore Place, right on 21st Pine Lane, end of cul de sac). A potluck will follow in Heritage Park, 1455 Fern St. S., Cambridge.

Thursday, May 22: All are welcome to join City Center Market’s award-winning deli staff to learn the secrets of great picnic food — kebabs (meat and veggie style) and strawberry shortcake. Annual Memorial Day Program
Saturday, May 24: The old Maple Ridge Covenant Church, located 7 miles west of Braham on Holly Street, will hold a potluck meal at noon, followed by a Memorial Day program. Bring your own picnic dishes and silverware. Coffee will be furnished. All are welcome to come and have a good time of fellowship.

Tuesday, May 27: Rumelva Lodge, Sons of Norway in Cambridge will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Isanti County Fairgrounds in the Historical Building. Friday, June 6: The Cambridge Ambassadors and Ambassador candidates are hosting their annual ‘Princess Party’ from 6-8:15 p.m. at the Armed Forces Reserve and Community Center in Cambridge. There will be lots of royal fun with real princesses. Activities are geared for ages 4-8, but any aged little princess is welcome to join. Save $5 if you register by May 28.
