Community & People Young woman gives gift to Refuge Network Published April 23, 2014 at 11:38 am Jenna Anderson, 7, and her mother, Julie Anderson, brought in 16 Easter baskets or Easter tote bags for The Refuge Network to distribute to their clients’ children for an Easter treat. Jenna purchased the items to make rubber band bracelets with her own money. She then sold the bracelets for $2 a piece. Some people “gave” more than $2 for each bracelet once they found out what her mission was. She gathered approximately $75 and went to the store to buy all of the baskets and items she put inside the baskets for the children involved with The Refuge Network. The Refuge Network appreciates Jenna’s generosity.
