Fundraiser for Cambridge Teen Center
Friday, April 18: The Cambridge Teen Center is having its first fundraiser. They will be bagging groceries at the Cambridge Cub Foods from noon to 8 p.m. Stop by and talk to the volunteers about the Teen Center and have your groceries bagged for you.
Harvest Christian Center Easter Eggstravaganza
Saturday, April 19: Harvest Christian Center in Isanti will host an Easter Eggstravaganza from 9:30-11:30 a.m. There will be a movie, popcorn, egg hunt, candy and more. All are welcome. The church is located near the intersection of Highway 65 and County Road 5 in Isanti.
Ruby’s Pantry Food Distribution
Saturday, April 19: Ruby’s Pantry Food Distribution will be held from 8-9:30 a.m. at Elim Baptist Church in Isanti, 114 Dahlin Ave. $20 donation.

Sunday, April 20: Harvest Christian Center in Isanti will host a Community Breakfast at 9:30 a.m. and Easter Service at 10:30 a.m. All are welcome. The church is located near the intersection of Highway 65 and County Road 5 in Isanti.
Food as Medicine: A Recipe for Heath
Monday, April 21: Food as Medicine: A Recipe for Health Event will be held from 6-8 p.m. Inspiring presentations from health practitioners about the impact of food on your health. Mindful eating and life balance will be discussed with tools and resources to take home. A delicious recipe will be prepared in a cooking demonstration with samplings of featured foods. Program will be held at the Cambridge Medical Center Foundation Room, 701 South Dellwood St. Program is free, but registration requested by calling 763-688-8419.

Monday, April 21: The Isanti County Food Pantry annual meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Sac’s on Third, 332 3rd Ave. NW, Cambridge. All are welcome to attend.

Rumelva Lodge, Sons of Norway Meeting
Tuesday, April 22: Rumelva Lodge, Sons of Norway in Cambridge, will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Isanti County Fairgrounds in the Historical Building. Men and women are invited to come and visit this friendly group. Our program this month will be a “Get Acquainted Activity.” Six of our lodge members will share an artifact or item of interest to small rotating groups. Questions and discussion by group members is encouraged. Refreshments will be served. Sons of Norway is an organization that promotes and preserves the heritage and culture of Norway, and celebrates our relationship with other Nordic countries. One need not be Norwegian to attend. Braham Fire and Rescue Smelt Fry
Saturday, April 26: The Braham Fire and Rescue Smelt Fry will be held from noon to 7 p.m. at Braham Fire Hall. The cost is $10 for all you can eat smelt, and there is a one-limit serving each of beans, coleslaw and chips. There will also be a bake sale. Proceeds support the local fire department.
