o0o Mike Warring, County Board Chairperson convened the meeting and led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance.

14/03-02 Morris/Larson to approve the minutes of the 2-19-2014 Cty Board Mtg. Carried.
14/03-03 Anderson/Larson to move the 4-2-2014 Cty Board Mtg to 4-3-2014 at 1:00 p.m. Carried.
14/03-04 Larson/Southerland to authorize Family Services Dept to approve Personnel Committee Recommendation #1 (on file). Carried.
14/03-05 Anderson/Morris to approve the following Resolution (on file). Carried.
14/03-06 Morris/Anderson to approve the contract with Cambridge Chiropractic (on file). Carried.
14/03-07 Larson/Southerland to approve the 2013-2015 LELS Labor Agreement. Carried .

14/03-10 Morris/Anderson to begin the process to fill the position of Public Health Director, due to the retirement of the current Director, K Minkler. Carried.
o0o At this time a public hearing was held enacting an ordinance regulating the possession, sale, and consumption of tobacco related devices and product with the Cty of Isanti (on file).
14/03-11 Southerland/Anderson to close the public hearing (9:30 a.m.). Carried.
14/03-12 Southerland/Anderson to adopt the Isanti Cty ordinance regulating the possession, sale and consumption of tobacco and tobacco related devices and products within the Cty of Isanti. Carried.
14/03-13 Morris/Larson to approve a temporary contractor agreement with Steve Grandgenett for temporary help in the Veteran’s Service Office at a rate of $15.00 per hour for a total of no more than 313 hours. Carried.
14/03-14 Southerland/Larson to approve regular status for K Hamilton, Assessor Adm I, eff 3-5-2014. Carried.
14/03-15 Larson/Anderson to approve the Schneider-Beacon contract for GIS Software, eff 6-1-2014. Carried.
14/03-16 Southerland/Anderson to approve the transfer of an On-Sale and Sunday Liquor License from Ravens to Bradford Roadhouse, LLC. Carried.
14/03-17 Larson/Southerland to approve the Agreement with Hildi Inc. for Actuarial Consulting Services for Retiree Health Care Liability ($4500). Carried.
14/03-18 Morris/Larson to authorize the Hwy Dept to advertise for bids (CP-12-C-45-301). Carried.
14/03-19 Southerland/Anderson to approve the following 2014 Town Road Allotment (State gas tax funds) (on file). Carried.
14/03-20 Southerland/Morris to authorize the Sheriff’s Dept to purchase a belt scanner for Courthouse Security from Rapiscan as low bidder in the amount of $18,296. Carried.
14/03-21 Southerland/Morris to approve personnel committee recommendation #3 (on file). Carried.
14/03-22 Morris/Larson to award the low bid to MFR Valuation in the amount of $7000 (on file). Carried.
14/03-23 Morris/Larson to authorize $15,375 for Kone, Inc. to clean out the elevator jack hole during the jail elevator repair. Carried.
14/03-24 Larson/Southerland to ratify the hire of C Papesh, Probation Officer, eff 2-18-2014. Carried.
