Isanti Community Blood Drive

Friday, March 21: The Isanti Community Blood Drive will be held from 12:30-6:30 p.m. at Harvest Christian Center in Isanti (corner of County Road 5 and Highway 65). It will benefit the American Red Cross. Appointments can be made by calling 1-800-733-2767. Walk-in’s also welcome.

Knights of Columbus Lenten Fish Fries

Friday, March 21: The Knights of Columbus Council #10238 will host Lenten Fish Fries every Friday through April 11 from 4:30- 7 p.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 207 Co. Rd. 23 NW, Isanti. All you care to eat Fish, potatoes, vegetables, coleslaw, dessert and coffee/milk will be served. $9.50/adults; $5/ages 6-12; age 5 and under free. Friday, March 21: The Braham Knights of will host Fish Fries every Friday through April 11 from 5-7 p.m. at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, 1050 Southview Ave., Braham. All are welcome.

Homegrown Music & Dance

Friday, March 21: Homegrown Music & Dance will be held from 7-11 p.m. at the Braham Area Community Center. The music will feature classic country, old-tyme, 50s rock and roll and bluegrass, cajun and gospel. 7-8 p.m. features Marie Grundberg & Eddie Pangerl; 8-9 p.m. features The Corvairs; 9-10 p.m. features Braham Crackers; and 10-11 p.m. is PS 150. Free will offering. Cash bar and food available. All ages welcome.

“Container Gardening For All Seasons”

Saturday, March 22: Free class at Green Barn Garden Center, “Container Gardening For All Seasons,” will be offered from 10-11:15 a.m. Learn about soil, containers, fertilizer, trends in container gardening, plant varieties, and combination ideas for your planters. Painting with Pastels

Saturday, March 22: Painting with Pastels workshop will be held at the new Cambridge Center For the Arts Gallery, 140 Buchanan St. N., Cambridge (inside City Center Mall) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a lunch break. Sons of Norway Meeting

Tuesday, March 25: Rumelva Lodge, Sons of Norway in Cambridge, will hold its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at the Isanti County Fairgrounds in the Historical Building. Wednesday, March 26: Cambridge Senior Dance will be held at the American Jane’s Grill & Bar (formerly American Legion) from 1-4 p.m. with The Drifters. Cost is $7 and a great lunch is served. All are welcome.

Taste of Isanti County

Thursday, March 27: Do you like to taste different foods? Then stop by The Rotary Club of Cambridge & Isanti’s ninth annual Taste of Isanti County fundraising event at Spectacular Events Banquet Center in Isanti from 5-8 p.m. There will be a raffle and an art show featuring local artists, as well as a wide variety of restaurants to sample foods from. Tickets may be purchased from a Rotarian or at the door for $20.
