The Board of Adjustment of Isanti County will hold a public hearing on Thursday, December 12th, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. in the County Board Room of the Isanti County Government Center, 555 18th Avenue SW, Cambridge, MN 55008 to consider the following requests:
1. The request of James Dean & Lori Talbot Dean, 2315 Lincoln Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418 3825, to construct a second story addition with less than the required setback from the ordinary high water mark of the general development lake. Legal description is Pt. Govt. Lot 1 of Section 27, Township 36, Range 25, Wyanett Township.
2. The request of JC Homes Inc. Joe Charles, P.O. Box 232, Cambridge, MN 55008, to vary the Isanti County Zoning Ordinance, Section 6 Agriculture/Residential District, Subdivision 2 Permitted Uses #19c. #1 requiring all new lots shall be one (1) three (3) acres except that one remaining contiguous parcel shall have a building right associated with it and may exceed the three(3) acre maximum lot size if necessary. Legal description is the E 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 & the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 35, Range 23, Isanti Township.
