Emily Bendickson and Ross Gunderson exchanged vows Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Mora with Pastor Vic Elfstrum officiating.
Emily is the daughter of Robert and Judy Bendickson, and the granddaughter of Alice Oehrlein and Phil and Caroline Bendickson. Ross is the son of Milton and Robin Gunderson, and the grandson of Betty Ammerman and Gordon and Ellen Gunderson.
The Bride wore an ivory trumpet gown covered in beaded lace with a chapel train. The bridesmaids wore knee-length clover green dresses. The groom wore a tan tux with an ivory vest and tie. The groomsmen wore the same tan tuxes with clover green vests and ties.
The Maid of Honor was Kate Bendickson, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Angela Bendickson, sister of the bride; Jennifer Bendickson, sister-in-law of the bride; and Molly Gunderson, sister of the groom. Emilys Personal Attendant was Jena Wiehoff, friend of the bride. The Flower Girl was Lily Rootkie, cousin of the bride.
The Best Man was Reid Gunderson, brother of the groom. Groomsmen were Ryan Gunderson, brother of the groom; Alex Bendickson and Luke Bendickson, brothers of the bride. The Ring Bearer was Cameron Wills, cousin of the groom. The Ushers were Joseph Mork, Michael Mattinen, Nolan Peterson, and Trevor Klopp.
The reception dinner was held in the church hall and the dance was held at the Olson family barn in Mora. The couple rode in a horse drawn carriage from the church to the barn.
The couple spent their honeymoon along the North Shore and they now reside in Sartell, Minn.
