Blue Lake

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE ISANTI COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 103B.521, Subd. 2, on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at 9:45 a.m. in the County Board Room of the Isanti County Government Center, 555 18th Avenue SW, Cambridge, MN, 55008, to consider the petition filed on September 6, 2013, to form the Blue Lake Improvement District (Isanti County). The Statute requires the Isanti County Board to determine whether the requested lake improvement district should be established.

The establishment of the Blue Lake Improvement District requires review by the commissioner of natural resources and the approval of the Isanti County Board. Concerned citizens may submit evidence at a public hearing to be held prior to the passage of any resolution establishing the proposed Blue Lake Improvement District. Concerned citizens may also submit evidence and options to the commissioner of natural resources. A copy of the petition for the establishment of the Blue Lake Improvement District is available for public review at the Isanti County Administrators office, Isanti County Courthouse. Interested citizens are encouraged to attend the hearing and to express their views regarding this petition.
