Services set for Cambridge man killed in crash

A 62-year-old Cambridge man was killed and a 41-year-old Princeton woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Andover, according to the Anoka County Sheriff’s Office.

Police responded to the accident on Round Lake Boulevard near 174th Avenue at 2:14 p.m.

According to the initial investigation, it appears Christina Marie Rockstroh was driving her SUV north on Round Lake Boulevard when she crossed the center line and struck a southbound passenger vehicle head-on. It was being driven by Gary Christofferson who died in the crash.

Rockstroh was transported by ambulance to Mercy Hospital with unknown injuries.

Services for Christofferson will be held Monday, Sept. 2, at 11 a.m. at Cambridge Lutheran Church with Rev. David Everett officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 1 at Cambridge Lutheran Church and also 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
