The Warrior’s Forge is a martial arts and fitness academy offering adult and children’s classes, private lessons, fitness classes, self defense and warrior massage. Head instructor Eric Peltz is currently the only certified Systema instructor in the state of Minnesota.

After the fall of communism in Russia, some of the members of the Special Operations Units began to teach Systema to the public once again.

At The Warrior’s Forge you will learn this fascinating style and see for yourself why Russian Systema is said to open a new page in the world of martial arts.

How does Systema differ from all of the other martial art systems in the world?

Systema’s secret is in its unique approach to training. In their training sessions, all participants train together in drill based exercises that provide each student with the optimal environment to expand their own martial art skills. They believe that to get the most out of your training, each practitioner must be both teacher and student — providing help to those with a lower level of skill and learning from those who possess a greater level.

All that is required to train is comfortable clothing and an open mind.

The Warrior’s Forge is located at 303 Credit Union Drive, Unit 5, and can be reached at 763-234-3308 or online at www.TheWarriorsForge.com.
