The East Central MN Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays will be taking a summer break during the months of June and July. Their next meeting will be held Aug. 11 at 4:30 p.m. at Common Ground, the Cambridge United Methodist Church, at 404 North Cypress in Cambridge. Weekly Farmer’s Markets
Ongoing: There will be a weekly Cambridge-Isanti Farmer’s Market happening May through October on Saturdays in Cambridge at the City Center Market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Isanti on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Riverside Market.

Free Community Dinner & Free Bread

Matthew 25 Food Distribution Ministry
Saturday, June 8: Matthew 25 Food Distribution Ministry will be held at Isanti Middle School, 201 Centennial Drive. Food will be distributed beginning at 9:30 a.m. Every person receives two free grocery bags of food.
East Central Chapter of ABATE Summer Fundraiser
Saturday, June 8: The East Central Chapter of ABATE Summer Thunder Fundraiser will be held from 2 to 8 p.m. at Jumpin Jacks Bar in Weber (Co. Rd. 12). Join for some fun and games, prizes, silent auction, venders and beer. Live music by Slippery Steve & Scary Gary at 9 p.m. Tickets are $10.

Isanti Police Department offers, ‘Skate Don’t Hate’
Mondays, June 10 – Sept. 2: Every Monday, from 3 to 5 p.m., June 10 – Sept. 2, the Isanti Police Department will be present at the Isanti Skate Park creating a safe and welcoming environment for all who wish to use the park.

Little Miss Cambridge Crowning Ceremony
Tuesday, June 11: The Little Miss Cambridge Crowing Ceremony will be held at 7 p.m. at the Cambridge-Isanti High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $7 Reserved; $5 General Admission available at the door.
Braham Ev. Lutheran Salad Luncheon
Wednesday, June 12: Braham Evangelical Lutheran Church will hold a Salad Luncheon from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Cost is $6 (13 and older), $4 (6-12 years), and children under 5 are free. The church is located at 905 Central Drive West. Money raised will help fund scholarships for two graduates from their congregation.
