Cooking meat, poultry and fish class offered

Do you enjoy chicken, but after the third night you just don’t know what to do with it anymore? Or does your family say, hamburger again?

Braham Area Community can help you out as Chef Greg Mason will teach you basic techniques for cooking meat, poultry and fish on Monday, April 22.

Mason will demonstrate a variety of basic but delicious ways to prepare and cook these basic types of foods. He will show you how a few simple changes can make all the difference in your meals. He will also discuss the different cuts of meats and fish, where they come from and guidelines for knowing which techniques to apply to them, including the importance of temperatures. Take this class on Monday, April 22, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Braham Area High School and never hear “boring” at your dinner table again.
