Rebecca Rae Lee Erbstoesser

Rebecca Rae Lee Erbstoesser “Becky,” 38, of Stanchfield, formerly of Clinton Falls and Medford, Minn., passed away April 6, 2013.

Becky was born in Steele County, in Clinton Falls Township, on March 14, 1975, to Ronald and Shirley (Sanborn) Lee, the last of four children. She attended and graduated from Owatonna High School in 1993. Becky then attended Austin Community College in her senior year and graduated in 1994.

Becky and Terry Erbstoesser were married April 10, 1999, in Braham, Minn. at the Braham Evangelical Covenant Church. Becky was baptized and confirmed at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Medford, Minn. Upon her marriage, she became an active participant in church in Braham. She acted as a Sunday School teacher and met many other areas of the church’s needs.

Becky and her children were active in North Ridge Rangers 4H Club. Her love of children led to 19 years of caring for multiple day care kids.

Becky’s interests included caring for her family and farm, the out of doors, and a love for animals. She enjoyed camping, canoeing, sewing, and caring for her garden. Most of all, she loved her children.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ronnie Lee, and her grandparents.

Becky is survived by her husband, Terry; three children: Sarah Elizabeth, Lillian “Lilly” Ester, and Gunther George; mother, Shirley Lee (John) Regitschnig; mother and father-in-law, Max and Mary Erbstoesser; brother, Robert (Becca) Lee; sisters, Kathryn (Doug) Katzung, and Barbara (Chad) Katzung; many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends; special friends, LeAnn and Paul “Uncle Mike” Sanborn, Carol and Max Eng.

Rebecca will be greatly missed by all, leaving an empty spot for all. May her memory bring a smile to us all.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 11, 2013 at Braham Evangelical Covenant Church with Rev. Steve Jennisch officiating. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service, from noon to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the church. Interment will be at the Rice Lake Cemetery in Braham.
