So put on your thinking cap and be a winner. You must have a library card registered in ECRL to submit an entry form. You may submit up to two names. The signed entry form must be filled out and turned in no later than Friday, March 15.

All ages may participate, but any entrant under the age of 16 must have the permission of their parent or guardian to participate. The winner will be selected by a panel of ECRL board member(s) and staff. The winner will be announced on Monday, April 1. The winner will get their picture taken with the new mascot and it will be sent to all regional news outlets including the library’s website.

In the event more than one individual submits the same winning name, those entries will be put into a hat and one winner chosen. ECRL also has the right to reject any and all entries.

Entry forms may be picked up at any ECRL branch, link or outreach site. This event is funded with money from Minnesota’s Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.
