Larson honored for 15 years service on ECRDC Board

The East Central Regional Development Commission (ECRDC) recently honored George Larson for his 15 years of service on the ECRDC Board.

An informal gathering of staff, Commission members, and others occurred at the Cambridge City Hall on Jan. 28.

Larson, an Isanti County Commissioner, served on the ECRDC Board from 1997 through 2012. Ben Montzka, ECRDC Board chair and Chisago County Commissioner, thanked Commissioner Larson for his years of service and contributions toward bringing positive change to East Central Minnesota.

The ECRDC is a public agency, founded in 1973, serving Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Mille Lacs and Pine counties, and whose board members are represented by officials appointed by county boards, townships, municipalities, school boards and citizens at large.
