Cambridge-Isanti High School Trimester 2 Parent Conferences will be held Thursday, Jan. 17, from 4 to 8 p.m. Conferences will be organized in an open house format where parents/guardians will be able to talk to teachers in their classrooms. Student volunteers will be available in the lobby and throughout the building to help parents/guardians locate specific teachers.
Cambridge-Isanti High School faculty and staff believe these parent-teacher conversations are very important as they support students in being successful at Cambridge-Isanti High School.
During conferences there will be a special Social Studies Department “Mystery Photo” contest for parents or students to enter. History and geography instructor Dan Johnson will display 20 “untouched photographs” taken of man-made structures/events and natural physical changes over several decades of traveling and teaching. Entry forms and guidelines will be available in the South House that evening with prizes donated by People First Travel of Cambridge. CIHS students will have their chance to enter during the next school day.
