Three face drug charges after search of township home
Three people are facing felony drug charges after law enforcement agencies conducted a search of a home in Stanford Township.
On Monday, Nov. 19, the Hennepin Drug Task Force, the East Central Drug and Violent Offender Task Force and the Isanti County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at the residence located along the 4450th block of 1st Ave. N.W., belonging to Richard and Pamela Heidelberger.
The following were charged before Judge James Dehn on Wednesday, Nov. 21 in Isanti County District Court:
Richard Allen Heidelberger, 53, Isanti: Felony 5th degree drug possession. Bail set at $40,000 without conditions or $5,000 with conditions.
Pamela Gay Heidelberger, 50, Isanti: Felony 5th degree drug possession. Bail set at $10,000 without conditions or $3,000 with conditions.
Dennis Leroy Eisenschenk, 58, Anoka: Felony 5th degree drug possession. Bail set at $20,000 without conditions or $5,000 with conditions.
According to the criminal complaint:
The Heidelberger’s were located on the couch of the residence when officers entered the home. A methamphetamine pipe and a dirty methamphetamine baggie were located in Richard’s front pocket that tested positive for methamphetamine.
A search of the master bedroom located a dirty methamphetamine pipe, a syringe with liquid inside and several pills in dirty baggies. Also, a dirty methamphetamine pipe was located inside the detached garage.
During the execution of the search, with agents still on scene, Eisenschenk drove up to the residence. He indicated he was there to see Richard to purchase some vehicle parts from him.
A search of Eisenschenk’s vehicle located a glass pipe with a powdery residue inside. There were also several plastic baggies with a white powdery reside inside. One bag tested positive for .6 grams of methamphetamine. All items recovered during the search warrant tested positive for methamphetamine.
