Princeton juvenile charged with criminal sexual conduct
A 16-year old Princeton male has been charged with criminal sexual conduct.
Christopher John Holt was charged in Isanti County District Court in Cambridge on Oct. 24 with felony 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct, with the victim being under the age of 13.
According to the juvenile petition filed in court, on or about Dec. 24, 2011, and continuing through May 1, 2012, Holt allegedly engaged in sexual contact with a person under 13 years of age.
The petition said the victim was sleeping and awoke to Holt fondling their genital area underneath their clothing. When the victim awoke, Holt stopped.
Holt allegedly told the victim that if they told anyone “or made up lies,” he would hurt them.
The victim also disclosed an incident where Holt exposed himself to them.
An initial juvenile hearing for Holt was held Oct. 30 and a review hearing was held Nov. 6. Judge P. Hunter Anderson ordered Holt to a detention center.
