Faith Lutheran Church in Isanti is hosting its annual Fall Fest and Silent Auction on Sunday, Oct. 7.
The festivities will be held outside this year, and begin at 9 a.m. with the Silent Auction. The auction will run until 1 p.m. An outdoor service will be held at 10 a.m. with the “Mystery Mountain Boys” and “Eye Candy” providing music.
The Mystery Mountain Boys will bring their traditional bluegrass gospel music, and Eye Candy will bring the rock n’ roll. Both bands will play throughout the festivities. On stage after the service: Mystery Mountain Boys, 11 a.m. to noon and 1 to 2 p.m.; Eye Candy, noon to 1 p.m.
Along with great music, a Swedish Meatball Dinner will be served from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The dinner is $9 in advance or $10 at the door for adults; $6 in advance or $7 at the door for children 6-10; and free for children 5 and under. Family tickets are $30 in advance or $34 at the door (family=2 adults and up to 4 children, 9 years and younger). Dinner includes Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, corn, coleslaw, buns, a beverage and a choice of apple or pumpkin pie.
For the first time at Fall Fest, Faith’s parking lot will feature a classic car and antique tractor show (open to all classes). The show will be open from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
