She further explained that during the past 2011-12 program year the Panthers were involved in many sports, including bowling, golf, bocce, table tennis and swimming. The Panthers also have just competed in area level bocce and golf and look forward to the state competitions in August.

The coaches involved in the program are certified in Level 1 education. Many are sport Specific level 2 certified.

She further noted that the monetary donations received help to defray training and competition costs, buy sports equipment, purchase uniforms, as well as provide seasonal socials and recognition.
