Marriage is between man and woman

Dear Editor:

There seems to be a group of people out there that think redefining marriage is a good idea. You bring up Bible passages trying to silence the believers. I will not bow down to your golden statue of your definition of marriage. You “alternative lifestyle” folks are quite a lot, you claim to fully embrace your lifestyle, yet you drop the word “gay” from your parades. What in the world is a pride parade? I do not run around town introducing myself as a heterosexual. This is a Christian-based country whether you like it or not. A marriage will always be understood to be between one woman and one man. Do not think this is an equality issue, you can live any way you want, just do not demand the “marriage” contract.
