EverBlest announces MayDay event fundraiser May 20
EverBlest will be hosting “MayDay with EverBlest; Meeting Christ,” at 6 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, at Cambridge Lutheran Church.
The evening will include pasta, salad, garlic bread, strawberry shortcake, and music performed by EverBlest. Additionally, EverBlest will hold raffles of fabulous prizes. Tickets are $18 at the door, but can be purchased in advance at the Cambridge Lutheran Church office, 621 Old North Main Street, Cambridge. Advance purchase prices are $16/person.
Come to the church office with this press release before noon on Sunday and receive the following discounted ticket prices: $30/couple, $40/family of four. All the proceeds of this event go to support the EverBlest Summer Mission Tour. You don’t want to miss this.

Sons of Norway meeting May 22
Rum Elva Lodge, Sons of Norway, will meet Tuesday, May 22, at the Senior Activity Center (SACS) in Cambridge.
A short program will begin at 7 p.m. on Norwegian culture and refreshments will be served. Men and women are invited. Everyone who is interested in Nordic culture is welcome; you do not have to be Norwegian.

Senior Dance on June 1
A senior dance will be held Friday, June 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. at East Bethel Senior Community Center. Old Time Music by Jerry Bierschbach will be provided. Cost is $5 with lunch included. East Bethel Senior Community Center is located 1 mile east of Hwy. 65 on 221st Avenue.
Pancake Breakfast on June 10
A pancake breakfast will be held Sunday, June 10, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at East Bethel Senior Community Center, located 1 mile east of Hwy. 65 on 221st Avenue. Kookie’s pancakes, French toast, sausage, juice and coffee will be served. Adults are $5 and children under 10 are $2. Scrambled eggs will also be served for an additional 50 cents per egg.
