Records set for C-I boys track

Setting a new C-I 4x400 relay record of 3:30.3 on April 24 were Dan Kropidlowski, Travis Holt, Trevor Galligan and Aaron Kordiak.

Two Cambridge-Isanti boys track team records fell at the April 24 St. Michael-Albertville Triangular where both C-I squads placed 3rd to the Knights and Monticello. The 4×400 relay of Dan Kropidlowski, Travis Holt, Trevor Galligan and Aaron Kordiak blitzed to a new standard of 3:30.3 to win by 5 seconds. Also at the meet, Kordiak ran a 50.5 400-meter dash for 1st place.

Both of those events were represented at the April 26 Hamline Elite meet where Kordiak placed 7th at 52.0 and the 4×400 finished 9th at 3:36.

• Also at the STMA Triangular, 1st places racked up by the C-I girls came from Erica Young in the 100, Paige Muehlhauser in the 400, Melyssa Varsoke in the 300 Hurdles, Adelle Nelson in the pole vault and Emily Holboy in the shot put.
