Keri Erickson, general manager, was recently awarded the Mystery Call Award for her outstanding performance at the Cambridge Crossings by GrandStay Inn & Suites, which is managed by Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC, of Elk River. Erickson scored a 95.3 percent on the mystery call program for 2011.
The mystery call program is a sales and call training program designed to increase call conversion and RevPAR at the hotel level. Blue Sky Hospitality has partnered with Quality Track International to execute a specific call training program for their hotel group. The calls are scored based on Blue Sky Hospitality’s criteria.
“Keri has always excelled in her abilities to train and execute our call training program,” said Nathan Sieve, president of Blue Sky Hospitality, LLC. “This is evidenced by her 3rd Annual Mystery Shop Award in a row.
