Enhance Fitness begins at Isanti Senior Dining

Join other seniors partaking in our April happenings and nutritious meal served at noon.

Reservations can be made by calling 763-444-6100 on Monday or Wednesday from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. All other days call 763-689-4691 and designate Isanti Senior Dining, or Edith Frison at 763-689-5992.

• Monday, April 2: Ruth’s Nutrition Education at 11:15 a.m.

• Wednesday, April 4: Enhance Fitness program begins from 10 to 11 a.m. Object is to obtain health function. Cardiovascular exercises, strength training, balance and flexibility. This is sponsored by U-Care Insurance, endorsed by Senior Dining, and is taught by a certified instructor. This is also our Easter Dinner Day at noon with the Pie of the Month which will be Key Lime.

• Monday April 9: Enhance Fitness. Angie will take blood pressure later.

• Wednesday, April 11: Enhance Fitness, 11:15 a.m. Pastor Jim.

• Monday, April 16: Enhance Fitness, 11:15 a.m. LuAnn Carlson, cooking and baking with honey.

• Remaining Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 a.m. is Enhance Fitness and undesignated happenings at 11 a.m.
