Jacqueline Gale Landborg was born Jan. 17, 1938 at General Hospital in Minneapolis to Bernard and Gladys (Grue) Stevens. She was raised and attended school in Minneapolis. On May 21, 1955 she married Ronald Landborg at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in East Bethel. They were blessed with two children, Richard and Penny and they raised them in the Ham Lake area. Jackie enjoyed beading and she was also a great cook. She put on many special meals for her family and friends over the years. Their home was especially known for their famous fish fry’s. They also had a place on Mille Lacs Lake which they enjoyed most weekends.
Jackie will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Ronald; son, Richard Landborg (Sandra Martin) of Wyoming; daughter, Penny Landborg-Crosson (Michael) of Wyoming; sister, Cory Ricker (Ron) of Sauk Rapids; grandson, Ryan Landborg (Laura) of Mora: two great-grandchildren, Sennie and Joey; and by many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, March 9, 2012 at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church in East Bethel with Rev. Dan Nordin officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Friday and also from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, March 8 at the church. Pallbearers will be Richard Landborg, Ryan Landborg, Dennis Landborg, Kenny Landborg, Michael Crosson and Dennis Peterson. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Jesus Delivers program at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church.
