Free Community Dinner & Bread Distribution

Thursday, March 1: A Free Community Dinner & Bread Distribution, hosted by Cambridge UPC Church, 210 10th Ave SW, Cambridge, (Renting the Seventh Day Adventists Church) will be held from 5-7 p.m. If you need a ride or for further questions contact Pastor David L. Willis  at 651-674-8842. Dinners & Bread Distribution are held the 1st Thursday of each month.

Fish Fry Dinner

Friday, March 2: Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in Isanti will hold a Lenten Fish Fry from 4:30-7 p.m. All you can eat fish, potatoes, vegetables, coleslaw, dessert, and beverages will be served. Cost is $9/adult, $5/ages 6-12 and 5 and under are free. The church is located at the intersection of Co. Rds. 5 & 23 in Isanti. Sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council #10238.

‘Burst Into Spring- horticultural day’

Saturday, March 3: The Isanti County Master Gardeners are hosting their 8th annual ‘Burst into Spring’ horticultural event from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at North Isanti Baptist Church, 2248 313th Ave. NE in Cambridge. Cost: $15 before Feb. 25th and $20 day of the event. The keynote presenter, Stan Tiekela, Naturalist and Wildlife Photographer will speak on ‘Amazing Hummingbirds.’ There is plenty to do for gardeners with spring fever: classes on various gardening topics, vendors, information booths, vendors, lunch, door prizes and a silent auction. Community Lunch, Anniversary Celebration

Sunday, March 4: River Valley Christian Church IHS is celebrating one year. They invite you to come join them for lunch, help them celebrate and see what they are all about. Wild Game Feed

Sunday, March 4: Siloa Lutheran Church will host its annual Wild Game Feed from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Free-will offering will be accepted. The church is located at 2607 405th Ave NW, Braham, and can be reached at 320-396-3927.

Isanti Lions Pancake Breakfast

Sunday, March 11: The Isanti Lions will hold a Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon at the Isanti Community Center. All-You-Can-Eat pancakes, ham and eggs, milk, coffee and juice will be served. Bacon will be available for purchase, but limited supply. Cost is $6/adults, $5/seniors and children. Proceeds benefit community projects.

Friday, March 23: The Christ the King Knights of Columbus is once again sponsoring its annual Fish Fry Dinner from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Catholic Parish Hall, 315 North Fern Street in Cambridge. As usual, the meal is all you can eat. Excellent fish, potatoes, vegetable, coleslaw, dessert, coffee/milk and juice will be served. Prices are $9 for adults; $5 for 12 and under and free for children 5 and under.
