Bomber boys stay on roll with GRC wins

Taking a 45-20 halftime lead at home, Braham boys basketball kept rolling to a 78-38 victory over Isle Jan. 6. Anthony Bias (19 points), Shaun Hollenkamp (13 points) and Sam Stigen (10 points) all hit a pair of three-pointers in the victory.

Zach Dahlman knocked down 6-of-7 shots from the field to finish with 13 points. Tyler Vaughan doubled up with 15 points and 12 assists. Leading rebounders for the Bombers were Vaughan (6), Drew Klemz (5), Dahlman (4) and Hollenkamp (4).

Braham 94, Pine City 36

Winning their 32nd straight Great River game, Braham defeated the host Dragons Jan. 10. Vaughan recorded another triple-double this season with 33 points (6 3s), 11 assists and 10 rebounds. More leaders were Stigen (4 3s, 12 points), Bias (12 points), Dahlman (10 points/8 rebs) and Cam Braund (7 points/10 rebs).

The Bombers have a key GRC rivalry game at Rush City next Tuesday night, Jan. 17.
