Santa visits Braham and Isanti

Carolers entertained guests during Braham Santa Day at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church on Saturday, Dec. 10. The event, which included a Dad’s Belgian Waffle Brunch, served as a fundraiser for the Braham Community Center, and items were collected for the Braham Area Food Shelf.

Seniors visit Santa on Saturday, Dec. 10, during the Isanti VFW Christmas Party, hosted by the Isanti VFW Women’s Auxiliary. In the photo are members of the Isanti County Handicap Council, including Marian Elsberry, Doris Bonicarczy, Hazel Ledin, Lois Lund, Barbara Grabenbaur, Jo Anne Zieba, Dolores Pratt, Vern Forsberg, Edith Johnson, Esther Gabrielson, Wayne Rumpel, Coordinator Hazel McIntyre, Auxiliary President Marie Boehlke and VFW Commander Jeff Dinkle. Industries, Inc. of Cambridge donated the bus and the gas for the members of the council to attend the party.

 

City Center Market Holiday Open House

City Center Market in Cambridge held a Holiday Open House on Saturday, Dec. 10. Customers came in to sample a variety of products, from organic hot chocolate to gluten-free banana bread to locally produced brie.
