Boy Scout Tree Sale
Ongoing: Isanti Boy Scout Troop 523 will be having their annual Christmas tree lot at Riverside Market in Isanti through Dec. 23. Hours: Fridays 4-8 p.m.; Saturdays, 9 a.m.-8 p.m.; Sundays, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
Holiday Bake & Craft Sale
Dec. 9-10: A Holiday Bake & Craft Sale will be held at the Cambridge City Center (formerly Cambridge Mall) from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds go to the Isanti County Human Society. On Saturday, Dec. 10, “Just for Paws” Grooming is donating all proceeds from nail trim to the Humane Society. They are also located in the Cambridge City Center.
Braham Santa Day
Saturday, Dec. 10: Braham Santa Day will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Braham. It will feature an All You Can Eat Dad’s Belgian Waffle Breakfast. Tickets on sale at various locations. Advance tickets $7 adults, kids 6-12 $5; At the door $8 adults, $6 kids 6-12, Kids 5 and younger eat free with adult ticket purchase. Something for everyone. This event will serve as a fundraiser for the Braham Community Center.
Isanti VFW Christmas Party
Saturday, Dec. 10: The Isanti VFW Women’s Auxiliary will host its annual Christmas Party from noon to 1:30 p.m. at the Isanti VFW, 410 Railroad Ave. Santa will be there with treats, and bring your camera for pictures with Santa.
City Center Market Holiday Open House
Saturday, Dec. 10: City Center Market will hold its annual Holiday Open House from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. They will feature samples of delicious party dips, spreads & treats from their Deli, as well as other holiday foods; and great sales on unique holiday gifts. City Center Café will offer sales on cider drinks, and live music from talented local musicians. Scout and Morgan Books will also feature Open House specials. City Center Market is located at 122 N. East Central Grad Band holiday concert
Sunday, Dec. 11: The East Central Grad Band will perform its annual holiday concert at 2 p.m. at the Cambridge Middle School. The band will present great version of “Tip Toe Through the Tulips” featuring the tuba section, a beautiful arrangement of “Silent Night,” a thrilling piece called “An The Mountains Echoed: Gloria” and many more. Free cookies and cider will be served and a free will donation will be taken.
Self-Advocacy Christmas Party
Friday, Dec. 16: The local Self-Advocacy group will hold a Christmas Party at United Methodist Church in Cambridge from 5-6:30 p.m. Mexican style meal. Kenny Krona and Friends
Sunday, Dec. 18: Celebrate the holidays with Kenny Krona and Friends at 7 p.m. at Cambridge Lutheran Church – Fellowship Hall for contemporary and traditional holiday music. Tickets are $10 at the door.
