Jeremiah Daniel Scofield, 15, of Mora, died Monday, November 7, 2011 as the result of a hunting accident.

Jeremiah was born June 18, 1996 to Daniel and Cathy Scofield of Mora.

Services were held Saturday, Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. at Stanchfield Baptist Church.
