Lutefisk, Meatballs & Potato Sausage Supper
Thursday, Nov. 3: The 87th annual Lutefisk, Swedish Meatballs & Potato Sausage Supper will be held at Cambridge Lutheran Church, 621 Old N. Main St., from 3-7 p.m. All You Can Eat prices are adults, $13; ages 6-12, $5; and 5 and under free. Scandinavian menu also includes: boiled potatoes, white sauce (cream gravy), melted butter, rutabagas, corn, cole slaw, cranberry-orange relish, Lena’s Lefse from Ulen, Minn., hardtack, breads, bars and beverages. Cider & pretzels will be served in the Narthex from 3-7 p.m. and the Great Adventure Band will perform in the Sanctuary from 5-7 p.m. The 11th annual Bake & Boutique Sale will be held from noon-8:30 p.m. Questions, call 763-689-1869.
Free Community Dinner, Bread Distribution
Thursday, Nov. 3: A free community dinner and bread distribution, as well as free clothing and personal items distribution, will be held the first Thursday of each month. It’s hosted by Cambridge UPC Church, located at 210 10th Ave SW, Cambridge, (renting the Seventh Day Adventist Church), and will be held from 5:30 -7 p.m. Questions, or need a ride, call Pastor David L. Aspieteen, Tween Game Night
Thursday, Nov. 3: Your Autism Solutions Center of MN is announcing that the Aspieteen and Tween Game Night is starting up again. Ladies Night Out

Free dinner for veterans, families
Friday, Nov. 11: A free dinner for Isanti County veterans and their families will be held at South Isanti Baptist Church, 3367 Co. Rd. 5, Isanti, from 6:30-8 p.m. Chicken pot pie and baked apples will be served. Dinner is at 6:30 p.m., followed by a presentation at 7:15 p.m. and guest speaker at 7:30 p.m. Bob Boone, from Beyond the Yellow Ribbon, will be the guest speaker.
Isanti VFW Mens Auxiliary Pancake Breakfast
Saturday, Nov. 12: Isanti VFW Mens Auxiliary will host a Pancake Breakfast from 9 a.m. to noon at the Isanti VFW, 410 Railroad Ave South. Cost is $5; children 6 and under eat free. Culvers to help Li’l Farm
Monday, Nov. 14: The second annual Culver’s fundraiser for the Li’l Farm will take place from 4 to 8 p.m. Ten percent of all sales at Culver’s during that time period will be donated to the Li’l Farm. Sisters Francette and Margaret hopes that the many people that know their need of money to continue their taking care of foster children will come and enjoy a fine meal at Culver’s. The slogan for the fundraiser is “Get ‘Culverized’ at Culver’s and help the Li’l Farm.”
Job Search and Resource Class
Thursday, Nov. 17: Join for a Job Search and Resource class at 10 a.m. at the Cambridge Public Library. There is no fee for this 90 minute class. Pre-register by Nov. 14 at the library or call 763-689-7390 x15. This class is made possible by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Library and Museum Services. It will be taught by staff from Central Minnesota Jobs & Training.
