Warriors chasing titles at CAL tourneys

The Cambridge Christian school soccer and volleyball teams head to Farmington for this weekend’s Christian Athletic League (CAL) end-of-season tournaments, hosted by Christian Life. All tournament games will be held at the Robert Boeckman Middle School.

Warrior soccer finished the regular season with a 13-0-1 overall record and 7-0-1 in CAL games. The Warriors earned the No. 1 seed, giving them a first-round bye. Their first game will be 1 p.m. on Friday versus the No. 4 Immanuel Lutheran/No. 5 Faith Foreston winner. The soccer championship game is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Saturday.

CCS opens the CAL volleyball tourney as the No. 4 seed, taking on No. 5 Faith Foreston. Christian Life is the top seed. The championship match will be 2 p.m. Saturday afternoon.
