C-I Volleyball at Eagle Invite

On Tuesday, September 27, 31 members of the Cambridge/Isanti girls volleyball team visited Harbor Room at the Cambridge Medical Center. They got a tour and received information about Harbor Room’s many services and programs and, in particular, how they help women with breast cancer. This year the girls volleyball team is donating the first $1,000 from their “Dig Pink” event to Harbor Room, to support women with breast cancer, and the remaining funds will be donated to Side-Out Foundation, which funds clinical trials to examine the effects of individualized treatments on patients with metastatic breast cancer. The “Dig Pink” event and VB match will be held on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at 7 pm at the CIHS gym; everyone is encouraged to attend.
