Annual Breast Cancer Ride raises money on autumn da

A number of bicyclists in pink garb participated in the 6th annual Breast Cancer Awareness Ride hosted by the Outdoor Edge in Cambridge on Saturday, Oct. 8. Cyclists on the 10-mile tour rode south through town (pictured) and on to the new C-I Bike Trail before looping back north. Those riding the 25-mile tour enjoyed an autumn-day country cruise through Springvale and Maple Ridge townships.

Eighty riders took part in the event to help raise approximately $3,000 for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation which included silent auctions and donations.
