Cambridge Medical Center’s Harbor Room Cancer and Chronic Conditions Resource Center is hosting two fundraising events on Thursday, Sept. 15.
A craft sale will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Harbor Room (located inside the main hospital lobby of the medical center). Items available for purchase include spoon bracelets and rings, wind chimes, shawls, and more. A handmade quilt will also be raffled off.
The Men’s Cancer Support Group will be hosting a brat lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The lunch will be held on the deck behind the cafeteria at the medical center (enter through the cafeteria). In case of rain, the lunch will be held indoors, near the cafeteria. Look for signs to find the way. Donations will be accepted for the lunch.
All proceeds will be used to support programs and services offered by the Harbor Room. The Harbor Room Cancer and Chronic Conditions Resource Center provides support services to patients and their families who are coping with cancer or other chronic conditions.
