Real Estate investors’ seminar April 2
A local team of professionals present a seminar educating the community on topics of real estate property investment.
They will be covering real estate opportunities in the area; favorable financial options; tax benefits and implications; depreciation/capitol gains; 1031 exchanges; legal and title options; tenant/landlord issues and leases and more.
The seminar will be held Saturday, April 2, from 9 a.m. to noon at the Armed Forces Community & Reserve Center, 505 Spirit River Drive, Co. Rd. 70, Cambridge, across from the Anoka-Ramsey Community College Cambridge Campus. There is no cost or obligation to buy anything. The general public is welcome.
