A 29-year-old Andover man could face 13 1/2 months in prison for a March 2010 burglary of a Cambridge residence if he fails to successfully complete a 10 year probation imposed Feb. 17.
Rodney Patrick Bertek entered into a plea agreement to a charge of felony 1st degree burglary of a dwelling at an appearance before Judge James Dehn in Isanti County Court Feb. 17.

The agreement stays a 13 month 15 day prison sentence for 10 years and places Bertek on probation.

Under terms of that probation he is to serve 180 days in jail, pay restitution to the victim and pay a $385 fine. He is also required to write a letter of apology to the victim.

The charge was lodged March 24, 2010 in connection with a burglary at a residence on East Rum River Drive South in Cambridge.
