Teen Game Night

Legion Broasted Dinner
Friday, Jan. 28: The American Legion Post 290 will be offering a broasted chicken dinner and fixings at the lower level of the American Legion in Cambridge. The cost of the dinner is $6 per plate. Serving will begin at 5 p.m. until gone.
Saturday, Jan. 29: Food distribution at Ogilvie on the last Saturday of every month at New Hope Christian Reformed Church, 205 South Hill Avenue, Ogilvie. Doors open at 7 a.m., with distribution beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing until the food is gone. $15 cash required per order. Questions, call 763-772-7278.
Craft Class seeks members
Tuesday, Feb. 1: A craft class seeks new members with disabilities. The class meets on Tuesday evenings, one to two times per month, at SACS on Third in Cambridge, at 5 p.m. Share supper, make crafts, play games and have holiday parties. Candlelight Ski at Cambridge Campus
Saturday, Feb. 5: Anoka-Ramsey Community College is hosting its annual Candlelight Ski from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Cambridge Campus. Everyone is invited to this free event to join college faculty, staff and students for an evening of skiing or hiking along two miles of candlelit trails in the Spirit River Nature Area. Festivities include hot chocolate, door prizes and music by blue grass band Mystery Mountain Boys.
Silent Auction Long Lake Association
Saturday, Feb. 5: The 3rd Annual Silent Auction for the Long Lake Improvement Association will be held at Captain’s on Long Lake in Isanti. Anyone can place items in the auction. Drop off is at 9 a.m., with the auction starting at 10 a.m. and ending at 3 p.m. Businesses are encouraged to bring items to sell or donate. Chili Cook-Off at Isanti VFW
Sunday, Feb. 6: The 4th Annual Super Bowl Chili Cook Off will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Rules for participation, sign up sheet, and how to place your vote for the winning batch available in the Pull Tab Booth. Mom & Me Valentine’s Party
Sunday, Feb. 6: The Cambridge-Isanti Women of Today invite women and their children to the Mom & Me Valentine’s Party from 2-4 p.m. at Lake State Federal Credit Union in Isanti. There will be crafts, snacks, games and pampering. For Mom: Enjoy some pampering with Mary Kay rep Amy and take home a bag full of goodies for you and your child to share. Beginning Monday, Feb. 14: An upcoming Social Skills class will be offered at Your Autism Solutions Center of MN, Inc. in Cambridge starting Feb. 14, and lasting eight weeks. Moonlight ski in Braham
Friday, Feb. 18: There will be a bonfire and moonlight skiing at Pleasantview Park just west of the elementary school in Braham. Braham Park Board and Healthy Community Partners are co-sponsoring the event from 6 to 9 p.m. The trails will be groomed and hot dogs, hot cider, and s’mores will be served. Bring your own roasting sticks.
