Bomber boys handle Tigers, girls beat Onamia

GRC Basketball updates


Braham led rival Rush City 50-20 at the half before cruising to a 77-34 road victory Jan. 14. Three Bombers scored in double figures: Ben Thiry (24), Drew Klemz (18) and Tyler Vaughan (16).

Vaughan led the playmaking with 15 assists and swiped 3 steals. Cameron Braund, Vaughan and Klemz all grabbed 6 rebounds in the victory, with Thiry getting 5 rebounds.

Braham Girls 93, Onamia 17
Becca Dahlman scored a team-record 42 points when the Bombers ripped Onamia for the second time this season. Dahlman added 10 rebounds and 7 assists in the victory.

Liz Anderson scored 15 points, Katie Nickles 11 and Hannah Dahlman 9 as Braham shot 57 percent from the field. Contributing 7 points each were Kelsey Sorenson-Giffrow and Kayla Nickles.
